Additional information
Pixie comes complete with everything you need, just load your personal belongings, stock the fridge and you’re ready to go! Pets are welcome and we also offer a delivery and pick up service if you require it.
Hiring rules
- No smoking
- ***If toilet is used the cassette must be emptied regularly and cleaned prior to returning Pixie. Failure to empty will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee. If the cassette is allowed to overflow from not emptying a $300.00 cleaning fee will apply***
- We hate to put this in place but it has happened in our other van and its very unpleasant for us to try and clean and sanitise ☹️
- Pixie must be returned in a clean and tidy state. An extra cleaning fee at a minimum of $150.00 will apply if this is not done. Cleaning products are supplied. Please don’t use a pressure washer on the exterior as it can damage the paint.
- If you run out of time at the end of your hire just ask us for a quick cleaning quote on drop off, it could be more cost effective than just leaving it unclean 😊
- Towing mirrors and a Bluetooth brake controller are included in your hire if required.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
