The van expands front and rear to give generous sleeping space for up to 4. Setup is straightforward and we’ll walk you through it at handover. No ensuite — you’ll need access to campsite amenities or bring your own portable toilet setup. There’s a indoor kitchen with a gas cooktop and fridge. We have an induction cooktop for outdoor cooking also. The larger wheels handle gravel and dirt roads well, but this isn’t a full off-road setup — avoid deep creek crossings or heavily corrugated tracks. A tow ball and 7-pin flat plug are required. Please confirm your tow vehicle’s capacity before booking — minimum 1,500kg tow rating recommended. The van must be returned clean and with gas bottles at the same level as pickup. ARRIVAL & LEVELLING Park on level ground and apply handbrake Lower jockey wheel into receiver, use chocks to locate wheels Place 4 corner stabilisers down OPENING THE VAN Release 4 roof latches (over-centre catches) ⚠️ Unlock awning lever BEFORE lifting roof — lifting the roof first can jam the awning and cause damage Inside — lift roof and push up until locked Unlock and drop both bed ends Remove pin from spare wheel arm and lower Release mattress clips inside both ends AWNING Loosen black knob on awning arm Unclip side awning restraints Pull awning out using centre strap Extend side bars until they click into top clip Lift to desired height and secure restraining clip Install awning leg stabilisers if needed SERVICES Connect gas and check connections Fill fresh water tank / connect water hose Run out waste pipe to drain point Connect 240V power lead if available Switch fridge to AC mode if on powered site, or: Gas mode — turn fridge to gas setting, press ignition and hold the other button down until indicator moves past red. If it won't light, try lighting the stovetop burner first to get gas flowing through, then retry fridge ignition

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
