Hiring rules
- Toilet must be emptied and cleaned out before returning.
- The caravan should be returned in the same condition as hired out
- No Smoking in or near the Caravan
- No Dirt/heavy corrugation, or red dust roads without owners approval
- Return Caravan in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you
- Report any damage no matter how minor
- Drive to the conditions and don't speed
- Toilet and other cleaning charges apply if not satisfactory cleaned prior to returning the caravan
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
