Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sean 5.0Dougie's delight was an excellent choice for our family of 4. Plenty of space, everything as described and a few homely little touches throughout the van from the owners to make our stay fantastic. It towed great and everything was in good working order. Jarrett was polite and very easy to deal with. Very prompt and knowledgeable when it came to his van and nothing was too much for him or his wife to handle. Would hire again.
