Hiring rules

- No pets inside the van
- Van must be clean upon return, this will incur an additional fee if returned untidy or if spills/stains found
- Report any issues asap, we like to ensure a safe and happy adventure
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
