Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Lovely van, basically brand new, everything was clean and worked well. Comfortable beds, exactly the layout we wanted and towed solid on the road. Tristan was easy to communicate with and flexible. Bedding and all camping gear was our own, which suited us well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this van and will definitely be hiring it again.
