Welcome to Nova Haven — a clean, modern Nova Family Escape caravan designed for a relaxed, hassle-free holiday. With a fresh white interior, the van feels bright, comfortable and easy to unwind in, making it ideal for families or couples. Features queen bed and two bunks. Full ensuite, washing machine. “We provide basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), but feel free to bring your favourites.” No towing required. We deliver the caravan to your chosen caravan park within 60km, set it up for you including the awning, and collect it again at the end of your stay. Simply arrive, unpack and enjoy. Delivery fee • Within 25–30km → $3 per km • Bright → Flat $280 • Beechworth → Flat $180 • Wangaratta → Flat $120 Linen: Beds are provided with mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows and doonas. Guests are required to bring their own linen (sheets, pillowcases and doona covers) and make up the beds. Perfect for weekend escapes, school holidays or longer stays, Nova Haven offers comfort, convenience and peace of mind without the stress of towing or setup.   • • CLEANING We expect our van to be returned in the same condition as received otherwise a cleaning fee of up to $150.00 will be charged. Chemical toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return. Remove all rubbish and empty the fridge
  • • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • • Strictly NO smoking inside or around the van if doors and windows are open. (charges may apply for deep cleaning and loss of bookings whilst being cleaned)
  • • Strictly NO animals inside the van.
  • • No roasting meat/fish in the oven
  • • Portable gas cooker (included) for outdoor cooking, must be cleaned and packed away.
  • •Hirer must be 25 and over.
  • Minimal Hirer 3 days
  • Easter 4 days
  • Melb cup 4 days
  • Xmas & January 7 days
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
