Hiring rules

• 🌿 CAMP42 House Rules
• (aka how we keep CAMP42 feeling brand new for everyone)
• We keep things simple, fair, and respectful. CAMP42 is brand new and we’d love it to stay that way for many adventures to come.
• 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the trailer
• This includes cigarettes, vapes, cigars, and anything that creates smoke or strong odours.
• If the trailer smells like a nightclub at 2am, professional cleaning fees will apply.
• 🐕 Pets are welcome, with responsibility
• We love pets. They’re part of the adventure.
• However:
• Any damage, excessive cleaning, hair removal, or smells caused by pets must be paid by the hirer.
• Please keep pets off beds and soft furnishings.
• Bring your own pet bedding if possible.
• 🧼 Return CAMP42 clean and tidy
• We’re not asking for showroom perfection, just common courtesy:
• Dishes washed
• Food scraps removed
• Rubbish taken with you
• Fire pit cleaned if used
• If extra cleaning is required, a cleaning fee may apply.
• 🔥 Fire safety matters
• If using the BBQ or fire pit:
• Only use in approved areas
• Follow local fire regulations
• Fully extinguish before leaving or sleeping
• Never use fires inside or under the trailer or awning
• 🚗 Suitable towing vehicle required
• You must have:
• A vehicle rated to tow the Stockton X7
• A tow bar, brake controller, and appropriate electrical connection
• Confidence towing trailers
• If unsure, tell us. We’d rather help than have a stressful trip.
• 🛠 No offroad abuse
• CAMP42 is adventurous, not indestructible.
• No extreme offroading
• No beach driving without prior approval
• No river crossings
• If you’re planning something rugged, talk to us first.
• 🧯 Report any issues immediately
• Things break sometimes. We get it.
• Just let us know as soon as possible so we can help or fix it before it becomes worse.
• 🏠 Return on time and as agreed
• Late returns impact other bookings and may incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.
• 🚫 No subhiring or thirdparty use
• Only the approved hirer may tow and use CAMP42.
• 📋 Follow all laws and campground rules
• Including:
• Road laws
• National park regulations
• Fire bans
• Noise restrictions
• 💳 Damage responsibility
• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during your hire is the responsibility of the hirer and may be deducted from the bond or invoiced.
• 💛 Treat CAMP42 like it’s yours
• If you’d be sad to see it damaged, we probably would be too.

  We had the best time in this brand new camper. William was so helpful and extremely responsive from the time of booking until after our stay. The actual camper was so well equipped with both an indoor and outdoor kitchen and 2 dining areas inside. A lovely little supply of essentials in the kitchen was truly appreciated. Would definitely rent this camper again
