Special towing information
Prior to arriving to collect the van please remove your towball from the tongue as the van is fitted with a D035 hitch and we will need to fit the D035 coupling to your vehicle. This van is also fitted with anti-sway control with a 12 pin plug and red Anderson plug for charging. We will help you out with this connection to your vehicle

Upon departing on your adventure we will give you a demonstration on setup and pack up and any questions you may have to make your trip the best it can be.
Hiring rules
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING
- CLEANING: Van must be cleaned upon return inside and out or a fee of $300.00 will apply
- TOILET: if the toilet is used the canister must be emptied and cleaned out correctly or a fee of $250.00 will apply
- DIRT ROADS: No off road, however if you wish to travel on dirt roads this must be pre approved in Camplify chat before departing.
- STRICTLY NO PETS
- DAMAGE: in the event that damage happens please get in contact with us ASAP, who, what, where and when.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
