Our outback adventurer caravan is less than 3 years old and offers many user friendly modern functions like push button hot water and an electric awning! Located in Portland Victoria, our van is available for delivery to any of the Portland or Narrawong Caravan Parks where we will do all the work and set it up for you, or collect from our home and drive to a destination of your choice within 150km of Portland! Special towing information

No Off Road Permitted. Hirer must have sufficient towing experience and knowledgeable of towing and reversing a caravan. Towing mirrors must be used and can be provided for free. Hirer must be aware of large trees that may overhang the sides of the road or the edge of campsites that may scratch scrape or mark the caravan. Tow vehicle must have an grey anderson plug to power the fridge whilst towing. Needs a a 7 pin plug.

Additional information

All caravan sites must be booked and paid for by the hirer, these are not included in the caravan hire fee's and must be managed separately and details advised upon booking enquiry. There is no grey water tank fitted to this van, the van has a hose attachment to connect to caravan parks drain point, however if none, the hirer will need to supply a grey water tank for this purpose - most caravan parks that require them have them available to hire. The caravan bunks are 184cm in length and come fitted with a mattress protector and fitted sheet, perfect if planning to use sleeping bags. These beds are best suited to children/ small teens or adults. Please note the after market front bike rack pictured on the caravan photos is not included in the listed hire extras, only the back caravan bike racks are included.

Hiring rules

  • Please no cooking of curry or seafood inside the caravan.
  • All beds are fitted with mattress protector these are to remain on the beds at all times.
  • Electric Awning to be retracted in any conditions other than a light breeze. If leaving the van for any period of time or over night awning is to be retracted to allow for any change in weather conditions.
  • Strictly no smoking inside the caravan if evidence of smoking is found a charge of $200.00 will be applied.
  • Caravan to be returned cleaned and orderly.
  • Toilet cassette and cassette cavity to be emptied and cleaned unless toilet cleaning fee has been applied.
  • Any damage no matter how small to be reported immediately.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
