The 'Wolverine' is T31 Nissan X-Trail 4WD, with a camping fit-out to explore the nature of Australia. The 'Wolverine' is one of a kind, designed to maximise comfort on the road. The vehicle has everything you need to take off and explore all that Australia has to offer. Can comfortably fit four, perfect for families and can easily fit child seats in, but also great for solo travellers and couple getaways. SLEEPING: - The main bed is in our Tourer X Rooftop Tent (2.50m x 1.30m) with fairy lights. - 2nd sleeping option can be provided in a sleeping awning tent (2m x 3m) can be added for an extra surcharge KITCHEN & SHOWER - A drawer setup including fridge slide, 30L fridge and an attachable table including bottle opener - All kitchen equipment is including, (pan, pot, kitchen towels, cutlery, bowls, cups and plates) - A barbecue stove including extra gas bottles ELECTRICS - A dual battery setup including a battery box with 12V and USB sockets is fitted, so you can run your fridge and charge all of your other electric accessories in the vehicle. - Bluetooth Radio with a nice sound system DRIVING - 5 seats - freshly serviced and easy to drive - Power steering - AUTOMATIC Transmission Offroad not allowed because of insurance purposes, unless it’s confirmed with us before the Booking, additional Charges apply for that which will be 220$ day. (Hard off-roading or any kind of rock-climbing, river crossings is also not allowed! Addinal Cleaning fees of $150 for this kind of bookings.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Well, ... I don't know where to begin, this has completely ruined our two weeks holiday in Australia ! I was contacted by someone on Facebook about this rental, which I found suspicious, but I eventually saw that Oz Travel was a legitimate agency. Payments were made on several different websites, all remotely. No one answered the phone, only WhatsApp messages. We arrived in Sydney, and no one greeted us. We had to fend for ourselves at the end of the day with the vehicle, the tent, the battery, and the bare minimum of equipment: which is to say, nothing. The two camping chairs had ripped fabric, so we couldn't sit on them for the entire duration of our stay. We were promised a barbecue: it was just 1 gas cooker. No good cooking equipment, just the bare minimum. It's clear that no one has ever been able to camp with that and cook their own food. Regarding the bed, we were charged extra $ for sheets: we ended up with only one sleeping bag for two people, opened in half, and two pathetic, limp pillows. The tent has a very thin mattress built in, but it's impossible to sleep on it, especially for two entire weeks! The awning is far too big for no purpose. The car guzzles too much fuel, and the air conditioning barely works. I'm very disappointed with the customer service; we were treated very rudely. Every explains when we get to the car was sent to us via some YouTube videos from the brand "Kings". Anyway, there were no checks on arrival nor on departure. Very impersonal... I don't recommend them, and I'll never use this kind of agency or website again. A tip for them who treat tourists like garbage : try investing in equipment from "Bunnings", as you advise us to do during our holidays; it will help you succeed in your business. I wanted to trust them from the beginning and not go through big agencies like Jucy, and in the end, we still get ripped off...
