- • No smoking or vaping inside the caravan at any time.
- • Smoking outside is okay—please dispose of butts responsibly.
- 🔥 No Cooking Inside
- • All cooking must be done outside.
- • Minty’s classic interior needs protection from heat, smells, and smoke.
- 🐾 No Pets
- • Pets are not permitted inside the caravan.
- • This helps keep Minty clean and allergyfriendly.
- 👥 Registered Guests Only
- • Only the people listed on your booking may enter or stay in the caravan.
- • No extra visitors or unregistered overnight guests.
- 🚿 No Onboard Bathroom
- • Minty does not have a toilet or shower, so please ensure your campsite has amenities or bring your own portable options if required.
- ⚖️ Weight & Towing Safety
- • Please ensure your vehicle is suitably rated for towing.
- • Avoid overpacking—keeping within weight limits is important for safety.
- 🧹 Cleanliness
- • Keep Minty tidy during your stay.
- • Wipe down surfaces, avoid dragging sand or mud inside, and clean any spills promptly.
- • Return the caravan in a similar clean condition.
- 🛏️ Linen Care
- • Linen and bedding are supplied—please use them with care.
- • If using fake tan or heavy makeup, please bring your own sheets.

- • Minty runs primarily on solar.
- • Please be mindful of power consumption and avoid highdraw appliances unless connected to mains power.

- 🔥 Campfire Safety
- • Only light campfires where permitted.
- • Always follow local fire rules and never leave a fire unattended.
- 🚫 No OffRoad or Beach Driving
- • Minty is a classic vintage van—she must stay on sealed or wellmaintained roads.
- ⏰ Pickup & Return Times
- • Please stick to scheduled pickup and dropoff times unless discussed beforehand.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
