When making a booking request, please be sure you have sent us through the following information to help speed up the approval process at our end. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. 1. Where you plan to travel for your selected dates and the purpose of your trip 2. Do you plan to travel on any unsealed roads or Off-Road 3. What time do you hope to pick up/drop off on your collection date 4. Your tow vehicle information. 5. Do you have a 12 or 7 pin trailer connection 6. Do you have one or two Anderson points? Minimum of one required. 7. Your level of towing experience 8 How many people 9. Any questions you have for us regarding our van Please allow approximately 30 minutes for handover at pickup.
Hiring rules
- We hope you enjoy our van as much as we do.
- Previous towing experience required
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then contact us on 0407 914 151
- DAMAGE If damage happens, please don't stress, this can happen, however we would appreciate you notifying us as soon as possible via 0400 505 876 with the following details please who, what, where and when will be required.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. FULL ITINERARY needs to be disclosed. No off road permitted. Caravan can only travel on unsealed roads with owners approval. A full list of any planned travel destination including any unsealed roads must be provided to owners before caravan can be booked. Any unauthorised travel on unsealed roads will result in loss of security bond. Caravan is equipped with GPS tracking unit.
- CLEANING THE VAN Please return the van in a cleaned condition, both inside and out as you found it. Excessive cleaning required by us will incur a $300.00 cleaning charge. Do not use a high pressure hose on the exterior. Please be aware cleaning inside and out can take a couple of hours.
- ONBOARD TOILET The Hirer must clean out the toilet at approved dump points prior to returning the van. If the cassette isn't emptied prior to return this will incur an additional $100.00 fee.
- NO Smoking in the van.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
