Hiring rules
- Queen and double bed
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning (Cleaning fee applied if not)
- No smoking in or around caravan
- Delivery is within 100km of Pakenham unless agreed otherwise
- Off road is not allowed
- No off grid camping
- Pets not allowed
- Can hire a portable cot at an additional $30.00 per booking if needed Sheet provided for this Porta cot normally sits inbetween table inside

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
