If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than supplied, an $100.00 refuelling fee will apply plus the cost of the fuel required to return it to the original level. Odometer Restrictions • A daily allowance of 250 km per day is included with your hire. • This allowance is averaged across the total number of days in your rental period. • No single day may exceed 350 km, regardless of the total trip average. • If you exceed either: o the daily limit of 350 km, OR o your total averaged kilometre allowance, a charge of $1.50 per kilometre will apply for all excess kilometres. • An odometer photo will be taken at both pickup and return to accurately record the kilometres travelled. • Kombi Rental – Terms & Conditions
• Use of the Kombi
• The renter agrees that the vehicle will not be:
• • Driven offroad or on unsuitable terrain
• • Taken to the beach, through water, or on sand
• • Used for racing, towing, or any illegal activities
• • Driven while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• • Used to transport more passengers than legally permitted
• The Kombi must be:
• • Treated with care
• • Kept locked when unattended
• • Driven in accordance with road laws
• Maximum Speed
• • The maximum permitted speed is 100 km/h.
• • The vehicle is fitted with GPS tracking to monitor speed for safety and mechanical protection.
• • If the vehicle is driven over 100 km/h at any time, the renter will be liable for the cost of a
• mechanical inspection upon return, as excessive speed can cause damage to the vehicle.
• Fuel
• The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it left with (Premium Unleaded 98).
• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than supplied, an $100.00 refuelling fee will apply
• plus the cost of the fuel required to return it to the original level.

• Breakdown & Repairs
• • In the event of a breakdown:
• o Contact the owner immediately
• o Do not attempt repairs without permission
• • The owner is not liable for any expenses (accommodation, transport, etc.) incurred due to breakdown unless caused by preexisting mechanical issues.
• Cleanliness
• • The vehicle must be returned clean inside and out.
• This includes removing all rubbish, sweeping out sand/dirt, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the exterior is free from excessive mud, dirt, or debris.
• • A cleaning fee will be charged if extra cleaning is required.
• • Smoking or vaping occurred inside the vehicle (strictly prohibited)
• The poptop must be fully lowered and secured with all straps locked before the vehicle is driven.
• Failure to do so may result in damage to the vehicle, for which the renter will be held responsible.
• Personal Belongings
• • The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the renter’s personal items.
• Pickup & Return
• The standard pickup time is between 7am and 8am and the standard dropoff time is between 3pm and 4pm Wangara Perth WA time
• Any variations to these times must be arranged with the owner prior to the rental period and confirmed in writing.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
