To make your adventure hassle-free: • Driving & Handling: This compact van drives like a modern SUV – easy and manoeuvrable with great visibility. Take it slow at first, especially on narrow roads or when reversing (use mirrors!). Practice turns in an open area if you’re new to larger vehicles. • Power Management: The battery and solar setup work great for short off-grid stays, but monitor usage. Run the fridge on 12V while driving, switch to gas when parked. Charge devices via USB, and plug into mains power at campsites when possible to top up. • Water & Waste: Fresh water tank is limited – conserve for longer freedom camping. Use campsite facilities where available. Empty grey water only at designated dump points. The cassette toilet is simple: use eco-friendly chemicals and empty regularly at proper stations. • Kitchen Basics: Cooktop runs on gas (check bottle level). Microwave needs mains hookup. Fridge is efficient but pre-cool it before stocking. Secure everything while driving to avoid rattles. • Bed Setup: Rear lounge converts easily to a comfy double – just remove cushions and unfold. Ventilation is good with windows and the bathroom roof vent. • Packing Essentials: Bring bedding/linen (if not provided), toilet paper (RV-safe), trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, and extension lead for hookups. Pack light – storage is clever but compact! • Planning Ahead: Book campsites in peak season. Drive 3-4 hours max per day for relaxed travel. Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    It was a great van and had everything we needed. We were bamboozlde by technology needed to set the fridge and run the microwave. This might not bother most people but I discussed with Ricky the need for simple instructions being available for people like us. This was really our only concern and can be easily addressed. Otherwise very happy with the van and communication with Ricky.
