Air-con, microware do not work on battery or solar! Only work when main power is connected. EMERGENCY - In case of any emergency, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. Then call me! DAMAGE - If damage happens, it must be reported immediately with details: who, what, where and when.

Hiring rules

• 200 Kms Per day allowance, $1.00 per extra km.
• Any tolls will be paid by hirer.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Grey water and toilet to be emptied upon return.
• Fuel must be return in full.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• No offroad.
• Return before 6pm AEDT or 5pm AEST.
• RV must return cleaned or the cleaning fee of $99.00 will be charged.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Spotless, modern motorhome. It kept us comfortable and warm in cold weather. Communication and support was great.

  The motorhome was comfortable and easy to drive, I did however have a number of issues - On picking the van up the the day before I left, the battery was sitting at 14%, this meant the fridge was not able to operate and cool down. I was unable to put and food in it. The winder was not in the van, this made putting the awning out and in very difficult. The back windows and kitchen window wouldn't stay open. There was a significant gas leak coming from what I discovered to be a loose screw on one of the bottles, a very dangerous situation. The 2nd back up gas bottle was empty. Despite the automatic locking being turned off in settings the front door kept locking, I had to keep the key with me to prevent being locked out. There was no informative handover, I asked to come and look at the van to see how everything worked.

  We had a lovely time on this van. Our kids asked us if we could live there forever. Cliff was incredibly patient and understanding as this was our first time on a motorhome. We messed up quite royally but he was always polite and helpful.
