PICK-UP: Pick up is between 8am and 4:30pm If you need to pick up earlier (outside of these hours) this can be arranged (subject to availability of course) DROP-OFF: Latest drop off time is 4:30pm Should you require a late drop-off (after 4:30 pm) this can be arranged (subject to availability) for an additional fee. PRICING: OFF PEAK RATE: $170.00 p/day (all other dates) PEAK RATE: $180.00-200 p/day (school holidays, long weekends and events) DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offer relocations of our vans up to 300kms from Nudgee (near the airport) The charge for this service starts at $2.00 per km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. i.e. If the delivery destination is 100km away then the charge would be for 200km. The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers and there is a minimum charge. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes use of a portable electric brake controller, towing mirrors, gas for the vans, maintenance and a thorough handover brief. The service fee does not cover muddy / sandy vans or the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $199.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option. If traveling outback (with approval) all red dirt must be cleaned from the RV or an 'outback clean' option must be selected. We hope you understand that you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. If van is returned and requires extra cleaning, charges will incur. THE BOOKING FEE? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. INSURANCE: Our van is comprehensively insured, however please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. The minimum age to tow or drive any is 25

  We have rented a few different vans from Camplify now, and this one is hands down the best, by far. Ken is also a legend. Everything went perfectly from pick up to drop off and we hope to be able to borrow the van again some time soon.
