Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Scott 5.0The caravan exceeded our expectations. It was our first time away in a caravan so there was a bit of apprehension with setup but instructions and demo were clear and easy to follow. Kristina and Kyle were very easy to deal with and came across as lovely people who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time away in their caravan. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thanks again guys. We are a couple with two kids, 8 and 5. Location was Wilsons Prom for 3 nights.
