Designed for comfort and convenience, it has everything you need for a stress-free holiday—without sacrificing the little luxuries. With its expansive layout, this caravan offers plenty of room to relax, whether you're winding down after a big day exploring or enjoying a cozy night in. It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating and cooling, a TV, shower, and toilet, making it ideal for both quick weekend trips and longer family getaways. We love our Outback Expander, but since we only use it occasionally, we'd love to share it with other families looking to make special memories. If you’re after a spacious, comfortable, and adventure-ready caravan for your next holiday, this is the one!

Towing mirrors must be used and supplied by hirer The Caravan has a Flat 7 pin Connector as shown in photos Hirers will need supply trailer connector adaptor should their tow vehicle not be fitted with flat 7 pin connector Pin 2 on Hirers tow vehicle connector should be wired up as this supplies power to Caravan's Electronic Stability Control system Maximum speed while towing van not to exceed 90kph To request to hire and tow van you must have experience with towing and setting up a similar van.

Cleaning: The van must be returned cleaned and as it was when received. including - sweeping, wipe down of all surfaces, rubbish disposed of, dishes clean and put away. - Toilet emptied and cleaned - Shower/bathroom cleaned Please confirm if you would like to hire any extras as listed.

Hiring rules

  • Hirer must empty Toilet cassette before Return and washed out. If the toilet is not empty upon return, fees will apply.
  • Van to be swept and mopped, if the shower has been used during hire it must also be cleaned before return.
  • Wipe down surfaces. Give the van a general clean and tidy. Van should be handed back in same condition as it was given.
  • Minimum hire during school holidays is 5 Days. Minimum hire during Christmas holidays is 7 days/Easter is 5 Days.
  • Strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE VAN. No Vaping inside van.
  • The awning MUST be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • Hirer must be 28 years of age or older

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
