Hiring rules

- No pets allowed!
- Save our Kangaroos and avoid driving from dusk to dawn
- ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank. Please inform us of any breakage
- 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
- You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee
- 💰 Cleaning fee $120.00 (Inside & out)
- 💰 Outback fee $450.00
- ✅Off Road bookings must be approved by the owner in writing on Camplify’s messages.
- ✖️No go areas; (An undercarriage inspection fee of $650.00 or cancelation in booking might incur on the following)
- ✖️Gibbs River Road
- ✖️Corrugated Unsealed Roads
- ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Franco 5.0My partner and I rented the van for 8 days and travelled from Perth to Esperance. Nalu (the van) made our trip amazing. We didn't have to worry about a thing, just grab some clothes and hit the road. It has everything you need to stay off the grid without worrying about a thing. Excellent communication and service from the owners(Renier & Anneke). I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for making our trip perfect.
