Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Scott 5.0Hiring from John made the experience easy. John ran through all the vans features and everything supplied was is good working order. Extras supplied with the van such as a weber and generator were no extra charge, where others I have hired previously always seem to want extra dollars for basic camping accessories. Handover and drop off was convenient and John worked in with our timelines.
