Hiring rules
- No smoking in and around the van itself. Please respect our request and future families.
- Toilet to be emptied upon return (All chemicals supplied by us).
- Quick clean before return, we don't expect you to bond clean the van!
- Excessive use of gas must be paid for.
- Accidental damages happen! Just let us know and if need be, we can come to an arrangement.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Baden 5.0We had an amazing experience with Playful Pastures on our first caravan hire! Ethan and Sarah made everything so simple and stress-free from start to finish. Travelling with three young kids can be a challenge, but all the thoughtful little touches they included in the caravan made such a difference and really helped us relax and enjoy the trip. Were already looking forward to our next getaway with Playful Pastures

Sarah 5.0We didnt want to come home, we had the best time in the Playful Pastures van. Sarah and Ethan were so warm and friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. The caravan was fully equipped with pantry staples, cleaning products and they even had some snacks, a bottle of Rosé and icypoles for the kids! We cant wait to hire the van again for another adventure!

Luca 5.0We absolutely loved our stay in the caravan. From the moment we arrived Ethan and Sarah were so incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. The caravan was spotless and every little detail had been thought of, it truly felt like a complete home away from home. The kids loved it too, and the kindness and accommodation from Ethan and Sarah made our weekend away the best it could possibly be. Were so grateful and already booking our next trip with their caravan. If I could give them 100 stars we would! A million thanks for everything !!
