Hiring rules
- No smoking in and around the van itself. Please respect our request and future families.
- Toilet to be emptied upon return (All chemicals supplied by us).
- Quick clean before return, we don't expect you to bond clean the van!
- Excessive use of gas must be paid for.
- Accidental damages happen! Just let us know and if need be, we can come to an arrangement.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The caravan was spotless and every little detail had been thought of, it truly felt like a complete home away from home. The kids loved it too, and the kindness and accommodation from Ethan and Sarah made our weekend away the best it could possibly be. Were so grateful and already booking our next trip with their caravan. If I could give them 100 stars we would! A million thanks for everything !!
