Hiring rules

• *Standard pick up and drop off times are between 8am and 5pm. If these times don’t quite suit your plans, please feel free to get in touch — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you wherever possible.
• No smoking.
• *No cooking inside the Camper van.
• *We expect you to take good care of our van during your hire, as it was your own. The van should be returned in a neat and tidy condition, with dishes washed and packed away, and rubbish binned.
• ☐ Interior cleaning and exterior wash are included in our service fee, however, cleaning heavy mud or removing excessive stains may incur additional fees (up to $200.00).
• *The van is to be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was collected (or a refuelling service fee of $50.00 will be charged on top of refuelling cost).
• Note: Please use 98 Premium Unleaded Petrol. 3.5L V6 (VQ35DE) engine. 95 Premium Unleaded Petrol is acceptable where 98 Premium Unleaded Petrol is not available.
• * Highway Monster is NOT an offroad vehicle as this vehicle's ground clearance is extremely low due to its lowered body(150mm ground clearance). Better to avoid beach (sand) driving as Highway Monster is rear wheel drive.
• This vehicle can be driven on the following:
• ✅ On sealed roads.
• ✅ On wellmaintained unsealed roads.
• ✅ On light gravel roads to access a campsite.
• * No mud, rock terrains, river crossings, corrugated roads, saltwater driving or high tide driving allowed
• *Kilometre limits. 250km/day limit, averaged over the course of your booking. Excess kilometres will be charged at $0.40/km at the end of your booking
• For Example:
• You book a van for 7 days with a daily km allowance of 250kms. Total km allowance is 1,750kms. You travel 2,000kms over the 7 days. You will be charged $100.00 for the 250kms of excess kms.
• *EMERGENCY: If you experiences issues, call for roadside assistance by contacting Camplify (02) 4075 2000, Option 4.

• Hirer must be 24 years of age or older.

  Yukis highway monster was an absolute beast and it made our trip to Tassie unforgettable. Communication from the start was perfect and he helped us whenever we needed it. When we arrived he had some honey as a gift which was very much appreciated and he helped us get back to Hobart at the end of the trip. The van was immaculate and genuinely a 1 of 1 at the campsites. It got us everywhere we needed without a hiccup and was perfectly equipped with everything youd need for a week or more away. Thanks so much!!

  Yukis van was perfect for our 2 person trip. The van is in excellent condition and very well stocked with everything you might need from cooking utensils, tables, chairs etc as well as lots of thoughtful touches Yuki was very quick to respond and helped with any questions.
