EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the RACQ.Then call me! DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when and driver’s license will be required. All cleaning products will be supplied for cleaning the RV inside before returning.

Hiring rules

• This is not an off road vehicle therefore no off road driving or river crossings permitted.
• Only Bitumen roads are permitted.
• A $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged if it is taken off bitumen roads. ( you can drive into Caravan and free camp parks)
• Hirer to empty toilet and grey water upon return or $200.00 fee will apply.
• Hirer to bring back reasonably clean inside or $200.00 fee will apply.
• "The van must be filled up with fuel (diesel) prior to its return. Failure to refuel the van will attract a $5.00 litre refuelling charge. This rate comprises the per litre charge at the pump and the difference up to $5.00/ litre for time and inconvenience associated with refuelling."
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside.If smoke is detected in the vehicle a $500.00 cleaning fee will apply.
• For time ,sanitising, smoke removal from curtains ,mattresses and cushions .
• All Festivals to be agreed upon .Hirer to request in writing.
• If taken to a festival without approval an automatic fee of $100.000 will be charged. Which you automatically agree to when booking.
• GPS tracking is installed ,so we no where the vehicle is even when there is no service.
• We also no the speed that the vehicle is travelling.
• All tolls during hire will be charged when returned.Invoice supplied or bring your own e tag.
• All fines will be transferred once received.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Hirers have a 200km allowance per day.( example 7 days 1400km )You can use the kilometres as needed ,anything over this you will be charged 40 cents per kilometre at the completion of the trip .
• 21 plus days unlimited kilometres You can call me After 6pm 0411473372 if you have any further questions.
• The TV doesn’t always get reception. You can bring DVDs
• You can hire an extra Engle fridge but it does have a fridge. Shown in pictures.
• TYRES Maintain correct pressures punctures and repairs are the hirer responsibility and expense unless you have top insurance cover.

  Absolutely incredible experience couldnt recommend Theresa enough! 5 STAR! From the very beginning, Theresas communication was amazing. The handover was so thorough and informative she explained everything clearly and made us feel completely comfortable before heading off. What really stood out was how she checked in during the trip with helpful reminders. When youre excited and taking everything in, its easy to forget things, so those little messages were honestly so appreciated and made a big difference. The Iveco itself was an absolute dream to drive powerful, quiet, smooth, and incredibly comfortable. With fuel prices at their peak during our trip, we were blown away by how fuel efficient it was. The level of detail and care that Theresa and her husband have put into this motorhome is beyond words. Every single thing you could possibly need has already been thought of. I actually overpacked because I assumed wed need extras but honestly, you could just bring your clothes and be set. From olive oil, spices, and pantry staples to all cooking essentials everything was there. The little touches made it next level the treats on arrival, the beautiful body wash, shampoo, and hand wash (so good I took photos to buy later!) and the quality of the towels, bedding, and pillows everything was so comfortable and felt top tier. The layout of the van is also amazing super spacious with plenty of room to move around. The shower was fantastic with great space, and even things like bath mats were high quality and thoughtfully included. Outside setup was just as impressive the awning, chairs, and BBQ made campsite living so easy and enjoyable. When we stayed at BarraCrab, we were literally known as the ones with everything and it wasnt even ours! That just shows how much thought Theresa and her husband have put into making this experience perfect. They even catered for our dog, which meant so much to us. There was a comfy setup for him, water bowls, and protective covers everything was considered. Honestly, we have nothing negative to say. The only fault would be that we didnt book it for longer! This was our first time using Camplify, and Theresa has set the bar so high that we wouldnt want to hire from anyone else. It was so comfortable, so well equipped and such an enjoyable experience that wed choose this over a hotel any day. We will 100% be back.
