🚙 Towing Requirements - Your tow vehicle must have an electric brake controller installed (legal requirement for vans over 750kg). - Please check your vehicle’s towing capacity — the Jayco Hawk’s ATM: 1347 kg / TARE: 1047 kg. - Standard straight-line 7-pin connector required (not the round plug — please confirm your vehicle matches). 🛠 Setup & Use - The van is not suitable for off-road or rough terrain — sealed roads. - Allow at least 30 minutes for handover so we can run through setup and pack-down. - Beds include foam mattresses with comfy mattress toppers — bring your own linen, pillows, and sleeping bags for extra comfort. - Inside tap is broken — DO NOT USE. You can use the outside water tap, which works fine. 🐾 General House Rules - No smoking inside the van. - Pets are welcome (confirm first), but please keep them off the furniture and beds. - Please return the van clean, with all rubbish removed. 📱 Communication - Download the Camplify app — it’s the easiest way to message during your trip for questions or support.

- Report any damage — even minor issues, so they can be fixed for the next trip.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
