Hiring rules
- Please note that for any drive hire trips that exceed the 100k allowance, then $1.20 per km will be charged.
- If the van is used for any large event accommodation or dirt roads there will be a cleaning charge (this still requires the hirer to clean the van before returning)
- Corrugated roads are to be approved prior to any hire being approved and strictly no 4x4 tracks or beach driving is permitted.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
