Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jacquline 5.0Excellent family van. Had everything in it we needed for our little time away.
Charlene 5.0had a great holiday in the van and communication throughout the trip was excellent whenever needed. We would definitely hire this van again. The only suggestion would be including camp chairs and some camping matting for the floor so guests dont need to bring their own. Luke is a legend super helpful and easy to deal with The delivery service was also awesome and made everything really convenient.

Nadeeka 5.0Luke was great, very communicative, delivered the caravan for us and set everything up. Everything was clean and organised. He gave me a good run down of how to operate everything. All we needed was our own blankets and pillows. Will be renting from Luke again in near future.
