Hiring rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the van.
- No Pets: Sorry your fur babies need to skip this adventure.
- Linen/Sleeping Gear: Provided by the hirer.
- Safety: Kids must be supervised when on the bunks.
- Awning: Must be put away in windy conditions.
- Road Restrictions: Not to be taken off sealed roads.
- Repairs: If something breaks, please notify us immediately through the Camplify App.
- Cleaning Fee: $200.00 if not in same condition as before van hire.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
