Hiring rules
- Hirers must be experienced at driving manual.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard or you have any mechanical issues, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately. Please state who is involved, what happened, where it happened and when.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving
- NO Smoking inside or near Brenda.
- CLEANING Please return Brenda in a clean condition, put things back where you got them & discard your rubbish.
- HEIGHT: be aware that Brenda is 2.4m high. BEWARE of low bridges, shopping centres, and drivethroughs as Brenda might not fit
- FUEL: Please return Brenda with a full tank of Diesel. Please leave your fuel receipt in the van.
- TOLLS: Charges will be recovered from your bond on completion of your hire.
- FINES: You are liable to pay for your fines and infringements. Please pay fines immediately. Should we be required to ay your fines, and administrative fee will be charged in addition to the fine.
- NO festivals or parties.
- BOOKING: Minimum 2day booking.
- CHECKIN & CHECKOUT: We are flexible with pickup / dropoff times and can arrange a time based on what works best for everyone.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
