To help keep your trip safe, enjoyable, and hassle-free, please take note of the following guidelines: 🚨 Accidents or Roadside Assistance If you experience an accident or require roadside assistance, please contact Camplify on 1300 416 133 immediately. 🚐 Travel Limits Please try and limit your travel to a maximum of 300km daily. 🚭 Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the van at any time. 🛣️ Road Use Restrictions To ensure the safety and longevity of the vehicle: • No off-road or extended gravel-road driving • No beach driving 🔧 Damage or Breakages If anything is broken or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. 🚗 Tolls and Fines The hirer is responsible for all tolls, traffic, and parking fines incurred during the rental period. ⛽ Fuel The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel at the commencement of hire and must be returned refuelled to the same level. 👤 Age Requirement The hirer must be 25 years of age or older to rent and drive the vehicle.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
