PLEASE READ :) Our caravans comes fully equipped with toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery, salt & pepper, oil, camping chairs & table, chopping boards, camping mats etc etc. All you need to do is pack your clothes, food & linen if you wish. Also available for hire are Kayaks, SUP's, Webber BBQ's, Fishing Rods, Surfboards, Mountain Bikes, generators. PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES: (8am - 5pm) Some flexibility available by appointment. We appreciate your punctuality. PICK-UP: *Please allow an 30-45 minutes for the initial handover at pick-up. DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offers relocations of our vans up to 200kms from our Hamilton depot. The charge for this service is $1.50 per km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. i.e. If the delivery destination is 100kms then the charge would be $300.00. The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes, gas for the vans & other consumables, maintenance and a thorough handover brief. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans -- nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $199.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable.

Hiring rules

• Hirers must be over 25 years of age.
• Toilet must be emptied before returned or additional charges arise.
• No smoking inside the van at any time.
• Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or couches.
• Any damage to the caravan will be charged accordingly.
• Any pet hair left in the caravan will be charged a cleaning fee of $350.00.
• No offroad use, no beach use.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Caravan must be returned in same condition as it left.
• Cleaning option is available starting at $99.00 & charged at hourly rate.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Fantastic van, we did find dirty dishes in the cupboard, but that was easily forgotten about as the van was awesome, and Mark and Shannon were great to deal with.
