Hiring rules

  • Awning must be packed away in case of windy/stormy weather
  • No smoking, open flames, or pets allowed inside the van. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if this occurs
  • Please return Charlie in a clean condition – just like you found her! Wipe down benches, empty the sink, take all rubbish with you.
  • If the van is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.
  • NO OPEN FLAMES INSIDE. Please do not use candles, incense, gas cookers or lighters inside the van.
  • No offroad/beach driving/extended unsealed roads (over 7km)
  • EMERGENCY: If you have any concerns, an engine warning light appears or an accident occurs, please pull over and call the owner for assistance once all occupants are safe. Hirers can call 02 4075 2000 for roadside assistance.
  • For all written communication between hirers and owners, please use the Camplify App.
  • Kilometres: 200km/day max $0.75/km after
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was everything anyone would need! I had taken it camping and Emma has thought of everything youd need on a weekend away. The van is spacious, cozy, clean and the lighting within the van provides the ability to see inside and outside of the van with ease. There were no dramas with the mechanics of the van and it is super relaxing and smooth to drive. The opportunity to have PowerPoints in the van allowed me to work remotely while I went away due to the power provided. All the cooking equipment was clean and there which allowed me to cook til my heart was content. The bar fridge was more than enough for my weekend away and even had a mini freezer! I will be hiring the van again on my next adventures.
