Hiring rules
- hirer must empty and clean toilet before returning. must tell owner if anything brakes so it can be sourced and fix straight away all cutlery must be cleaned pretty much return as you took it would be awesome

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
