Hiring rules
- Motorhome Hiring Rules & Conditions
- 🚫 Restrictions
- No Pets Allowed at all.
- No Smoking inside or near the Motorhome.
- No OffRoad or Unsealed Road Use
- No Cooking of Spicies or Spicy Foods inside the Motorhome
- 🧼 Cleanliness
- Toilet & cassette must be emptied and cleaned before return.
- Failure to do so will result in a $500.00 charge for a replacement cassette (with signed acknowledgment paperwork).
- The Motorhome must be Cleaned Inside and Out as you received it on Precheck.
- The Motorhome includes Cutlery, Crockery, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Electric Jug, and all equipment, and Outdoor Kitchen must be returned clean and in the same condition as at Precheck.
- Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee of up to $250.00.
- ⏰ PickUp & DropOff
- Pickup: From 7:00 am
- Dropoff: Before 5:00 pm
- Late returns may incur a fee of $200.00
- ⛽ Fuel & Usage
- The Motorhome must be returned with a FULL tank of diesel.
- Any Gas refills required during hire are the Hirer’s responsibility.
- Daily driving limit: 500 km per day, averaged over the booking period. (Example over 7 day period maximum km 2500)
- Excess kilometres will be charged at $1.00/km.
- Maximum speed: 100 km/h for safety.
- ⚠️ Damage & Safety
- All damage must be reported immediately.
- We will work together reasonably to manage repairs so your adventure can continue safely and costs remain limited.
- Emergency Procedure:
- Get off the road and stay safe.
- Call Camplify roadside assistance: (02) 4075 2000 (Option 4).
- Call me immediately after contacting roadside assistance.

- Hold a Valid Australian Licence for Insurance purposes.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
