Vehicle Basics & Driving Tips - Valerie is larger than a standard car – allow for wide turns, extra stopping distance, and low-clearance awareness. - Use a spotter when reversing or parking. - Stick to safe speeds and avoid risky maneuvers. 2. Road Limitations - No off-roading or unsealed roads unless explicitly approved. - Avoid steep, narrow, or restricted roads. - Insurance does not cover use on unapproved roads. 3. Fuel & Gas - Diesel only. Please return with a full tank. - Return the gas bottle full unless arranged otherwise. - Let us know if you’re unfamiliar with refilling and replacing. 4. Power & Water - Battery supports short off-grid stays. - Hook up to mains power for air con, microwave, GPOs and extended stays. - Use fresh water tank mindfully. Refill as needed. - Dump grey/black water responsibly at RV points. 5. Inside Valerie - Quick-start instructions provided onboard for: • Toilet & Shower • Hot Water System • Fridge Settings • Cooktop & Microwave • Awning (wind-sensitive!) • TV/DVD/USB • Air Con • Washing Machine 6. Respectful Use - No smoking inside. - Please return clean with bins emptied and surfaces wiped down. - Report any damage or issues as soon as possible. 7. Emergency & Safety Info - Contact details for breakdown and support: Beth 0403 418 339‬ - First aid kit located above fridge. - Fire extinguisher located in kitchen areas, on side of pull out bed. 8. Contact & Support - Have a read of our easy to use manual and keep handy. - Keep our number handy for quick questions on the road. - Feel free to reach out via text or call if you’re unsure about anything.

Hiring rules

• Valerie must be returned clean – with rubbish removed, toilet emptied, and interior tidy otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged
• No Smoking inside the vehicle – ever
• No Festivals or Parties – Valerie is for relaxing escapes
• Sealed Roads Only – strictly no offroading
• No Roof Access – for safety and insurance reasons
• Respect Speed Limits and drive cautiously at all times
• Use Only Designated Dump Points for toilet and grey water disposal
• Fuel Must Be Refilled before return unless a refuelling fee is arranged
• Damage or Faults must be reported immediately so they can be repaired for the next guest
• No Towing or Modifications to the vehicle.
• Max 250km per day
• Tolls are not included

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Beth was great! Excellent, friendly and prompt communication so we knew exactly what was happening. And the van was amazing!! Beth has really thought of everything you need in the van from phone chargers, to games to everything you need in the kitchen. It was fully set up to enjoy our off grid adventure up the NSW north coast. We will definitely be hiring Valerie again :)
