🚙 Towing Information To tow the caravan, a Do35 hitch pin is required - we can supply this if needed. Please ensure your standard tow ball is removed prior to pick up to prevent delays in handover. Tow Vehicle Recommendations: Suitable for SUVs, 4x4s, and commercial vehicles. Please ensure your vehicle’s towing capacity matches the van’s specifications. Braking System: The van is fitted with electric brakes. 👉 An electronic brake controller is required in the tow vehicle. We can provide one if needed—just let us know! Built-in Sway Control: For added safety and stability, the van includes an integrated sway control system, helping reduce trailer movement during towing. ⚖️ Towball & Trailer Weights Towball weight: 200 kg Tare weight: 2300 kg Gross trailer mass: 2800 kg Additional Notes: Towing mirrors are recommended for visibility (we can provide these if needed). 🏞️ Off-Road considered. We require your planned itinerary to ensure it aligns with our insurance terms and conditions. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably in a Queen size bed (north/south), with café seating that converts into a small bed suitable for a toddler. Cushion infill provided. Linen can be provided for an additional fee, please select this option when booking if required. 🚗 Towing Requirements. Minimum towing capacity of 2,500kg recommended. Complimentary towing mirrors and an electric brake controller can be provided if required. 👨👩👧 Family-Friendly Features. Ideal for couples or small families. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit included for peace of mind. 🧼 Handover & Support. Full handover provided at pickup to ensure you’re confident with setup and operation. The handover can take up to an hour, please bring your driver's licence as we are required to take a photo as part of the Camplify onboarding process. We are also available for support during your hire. 🎒 Complimentary extras - towels, beach towels, camp chairs, outdoor table, and a Weber BBQ are all provided to enhance your trip. 🍽️ Kitchenware is included from the basic cutlery to BBQ utensils, weber pots and pans, pretty much anything you could think of! 🐾 Pets Welcome - Well-behaved pets are welcome in the van however please include your pet as part of your booking request so we are fully informed. To keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets stay off the bedding and furniture. Please ensure the van is returned in a tidy condition, with any pet hair cleaned up.
Hiring rules
- 🧼 Cleanliness & Return Condition Hirers must return the van in the same clean condition it was received. We will check the vans cleaniness on return and while we are reasonable, we have been caught out, therefore needed to detail the following rules. The van must be cleaned inside and out, including the toilet and awning. No food left behind: All perishables must be removed before return. If the caravan has not been cleaned prior to return, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged. The below cleaning fees apply where particular areas of the caravan have not been cleaned.
- Weber BBQ and utensils a $50.00 cleaning fee applies
- Toilet and shower an $80.00 cleaning fee applies
- Awning an $80.00 cleaning fee applies
- Kitchen including the grill an $80.00 cleaning fee applies
- 🚭 Smoking Strict no smoking policy: Smoking inside the van is strictly prohibited. Breach may result in a cleaning fee or forfeiture of bond.
- 🛠️ Maintenance & Emergencies Report issues immediately: Any mechanical or safety issues must be reported within 24 hours.
- 🐾 Pet Policy (if allowed) Pets must be disclosed: All pets must be declared and approved prior to booking.
- Pet cleaning fee: A $100.00 pet cleaning fee will apply if additional cleaning is required due to pet hair or mess.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
