Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sarah 4.5Trevor delivered and picked up the van, which was a huge help for a single mum. The van was in great clean condition, unfortunately did not get the opportunity to use the fridge due to slight issues with the battery. All other features worked fine without the fridge running. Bed was very comfortable.
