Hiring rules
- No smoking inside tents
- Annex must be pegged down to prevent damage from unexpected weather
- Trailer must be returned clean or a cleaning fee will apply
- Minimum 5 days hire during peak season
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
