Hiring rules
- No smoking in van
- RV must be returned tidy or a cleaning fee may be applied
- Standard pick up/drop off times apply
- No cooking inside the van
- Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel
- Additional charge for using tolls
- No more then 200km daily on average. An additional charge of 50c per km for additional kilometers.
- No off/road beach driving Elky is not made for off road and will get bogged.
- Ensure all the clips on cupboards are secure before driving
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
