Additional information
To monitor the lithium batteries and charging system, you'll need to download the Renogy DC Home App and then connect to the components using bluetooth once you are in the van. The van has Apple Carplay and Android Auto , but you'll need to bring the right cable in case the one provided in the van isn't compatible with your phone.
Hiring rules
- 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- 🚬 No smoking inside the van
- 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
- 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my vans and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
- 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometre allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. $1.00 per K will be charged for excess K's
- ⛽ FUEL a full tank of Premium Diesel will be in the van at pickup and must be returned FULL
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
