Our van is maintained and kept in great condition, so please respect it. Use it and enjoy it but treat it like it's your own! 🔴 Please note that on school holidays there is a minimum of 5 days hire. 🔴 Also note that you’ll have 2 options for pick up times. 🔹 Option number 1: the day before your hire starts between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. 🔹 Option number 2: on the day of your hire starts between 6:30 and 7am. Drop off time is by 6pm on the last day of your hiring. Outside hours must be arranged with the owners prior to booking. 🧹 Return the van in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you. 🔴 Please report any damage or missing items. 🚐 Drive to the conditions and don't speed. 🚽 Toilet and other cleaning charges apply, if not satisfactorily cleaned prior to its return (see below ⬇️). 🟡 WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like: kitchen and bathroom consumables, linen, towels, gas, pre-handover clean and safety checks. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt - nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $199.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.

Hiring rules

• ❌ No Smoking in or near the van;
• ❌ No dirt/heavy corrugation, red dust or ungazetted roads without owners' approval;
• Housekeeping 🏡
• 🟡 Cooking outdoors, when possible, if the weather does not permit, please use lids or splatter screen provided (located in the 4th drawer);
• 🟡 If using the toilet please pay attention to the indicator mark. When it goes red the toilet MUST be emptied before using it again;
• 🟡 We encourage children not to climb over the furniture to minimise damage;
• 🟡 If unattended or sleeping, please be sure to have the awning packed away to minimise damage.

  Laizas and Joels van was amazing. The handover was excellent by Joel. Everything was explained so clearly. We were first time hiring and towing a caravan. The van was clean and spotless and had everything in it to make our 2 weeks so enjoyable. It was a plus having the linen and towels provided. I would highly recommend this van. We have made wonderful memories that we will remember for a lifetime.

  Fantastic van and excellent communication and support from Laiza and Joel. We had an unexpected issue on collection, but it was rectified immediately without any inconvenience to us. This was our first time hiring and we were lucky get such great owners to deal with.
