  • ✅ No OffRoading: Stick to sealed roads and wellmaintained dirt roads only. Hogar isn’t a 4WD! 🚧
  • ✅ No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the caravan. Let’s keep it fresh for everyone! 🚭
  • ✅ No Pets: Sorry, but Hogar is a petfree zone. 🐾🚫
  • ✅ Drivers Must Be 25+ Years Old: For insurance purposes, all drivers must be 25 years or older. 🆔
  • ✅ Towing Requirements: Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of at least 1850kg. Hogar is fitted with an ALKO overrun braking system, which means the vehicle towing the caravan will not require an electric brake controller. 🚙💨
  • ✅ Towing Mirrors: Towing mirrors must be used at all times for safe driving. I can provide them at an additional fee. 🪞
  • ✅ Awning & TV Antenna Use: On any day with moderate to strong wind, the awning & TV antenna MUST be retracted to prevent damage. 🌬️🚐
  • ✅ Please ensure that the Anti Flap Kit is installed when using the Awning.
  • ✅Toilet & Waste Disposal: If using the onboard toilet, please empty and clean the cassette before returning. A cleaning fee applies if left unemptied. 🚽
  • ✅ Cleaning: Please return Hogar as you received him—clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess. 🧼
  • ✅ No Festivals: Sorry, but Hogar isn’t a party bus. Music festivals and wild weekends are offlimits. 🎶🚫
  • ✅ Setup & Pack Down: Follow the instructions provided for setting up and packing down to avoid damage. ⛺
  • ✅ Accidents & Issues: Please notify me ASAP if anything breaks or goes wrong so I can arrange repairs for the next adventurer. 🔧
  • ✅ Late Returns: Please return on time to avoid inconveniencing the next booking. Late returns may incur a fee. ⏳
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van is great. It's got everything you need. It's a bit different then other vans and would benefit from a good 'how to' video, but jay the owner if lovely and I'm sure will have that video availbe for the next hire. Jay communicated very well and was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks heaps Jay.
