📌 Additional Information Power and Charging: The caravan has both 12V and 240V power options. Please ensure you're connected to mains power for appliances like the air conditioning. Water Tanks: Gas: A full gas bottle is provided. Please switch off the gas at the bottle when not in use. Cleaning Supplies: Basic cleaning supplies are provided under the sink. We appreciate the caravan being returned tidy, but don’t worry — we’ll handle the deep clean. The microwave is currently not in use. Not to worry, the caravan comes with a BBQ, air fryer, gas hob and grill. Lost & Found: If you think you’ve left something behind, contact Nicola as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to reunite you with it! Suggestions Welcome: We love feedback! If you have any suggestions that could improve the experience for future guests, we’d love to hear them.

- • Pets Welcome: Wellbehaved dogs are permitted—please keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them.
- • No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the caravan or annex at any time.
- • Cleaning: Please return the caravan tidy. We handle the deep clean, but excess mess, unwashed dishes, or pet hair may incur an extra fee.
- • Toilet Cassette: If you use the toilet, please empty and clean the cassette before return. A $250.00 fee applies if not returned empty and clean.
- • OffRoad Use: The caravan is suitable for sealed roads and light corrugation only. No offroad or beach driving.
- • Towing Requirements: Your vehicle must have a 3.5t towing capacity, a 12pin connector with an electronic brake controller, and towing mirrors.
- • Annex Use: Please follow the provided instructions for annex setup and packdown to avoid damage.
- • Damage & Breakages: Report any damage or breakages immediately so we can organise repairs for the next guest.
- • Fuel & Gas: Return the gas bottle full or advise if used so we can refill.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
