Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great trip to the South Coast NSW in Reggie. No problems at all, well equipped and very comfortable. Slept well - the bed, pillows, duvet and sheets all very nice quality and condition.

    The Most Enchanting Van Experience Ever My 4-year-old and I were swept away into the most magical adventure, and its all thanks to this incredible van and its fabulous owner. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like we had entered a little haven on wheelsevery detail so thoughtfully created, every comfort perfectly considered. Michaels kindness and generosity turned our trip into something truly unforgettable. He didnt just make everything easierhe made it extraordinary. Staying in this beautiful van Reggie wasnt just accommodation; it was the highlight of our journey, a place where comfort, joy, and a touch of magic came together. Forever grateful for this experience.
