Hiring rules
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- Pets allowed but must be approved after consideration. Please note pets must abide by local/council rules.
- Van can be taken off road with prior arrangements. Van must be completely washed including the under carriage.
- No smoking in the Van
- Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of your booking otherwise your booking will be cancelled
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
