Hiring rules
- This is our loved family camper so please look after it.
- No smoking inside or around caravan.
- CLEANING Please return clean inside and out and in the same condition as when it left, cleaning fee may be incurred if returned requiring excessive cleaning.
- PETS Well behaved pets will be considered, prior approval required. Age and breed will be required for approval.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Please report any damage to us as soon as possible (no matter how minor).
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
- No off road use permitted, dirt roads acceptable (by prior approval) as van is raised for that purpose.
- Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- You must be 25 years of age or older and hold a full comprehensive drivers licence.
- External Cooking preferred. Boiling water, cooking pasta/rice, nonodour food prep/cooking etc all good for inside van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Muhammad Fakhruddin 5.0This camper was very clean and came with basic cookware, which was really helpful for us. Paul was very nicehe showed us how to set everything up and was very friendly. The camper is also well-equipped, including a heater, which made our stay comfortable.
Andrew 5.0Louisa & Paul were friendly, communicative, & helpful. They walked me through the vans features & workings upon pickup & were available for any extra help if we got stuck during the hire - but they explained everything so well that we didnt need any. They were also easy & flexible to organise pickup & drop off with. The van was as advertised, a well loved & well looked after practical family camper. Over the years of using the van themselves they have packed & added any necessities to the van so you wont be caught without & you can focus on enjoying your time away. Overall we were extremely happy we chose to hire the Chappy family camper, our first van hire & we couldnt recommend it any higher!

Clean and tidy, this is an older style van so dont expect bells and whistles, but it was easy to tow and erect, and a simple camper to hang out in for a few days. Thanks to Louisa and Paul for their excellent communication and instructions.
