Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you how to call the NRMA. Then call/txt me.
• DAMAGE Report any damage immediately either by text msg or phone call.
• CLEANLINESS Return the van/equipment in the same cleanliness that it was given, if excessively dirty a $400.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
• TRAVEL DISTANCE 200km/day allowance included in booking fee, excess km's will need to be approved in writing in Camplify Messages before hire.
• AWNING Must be packed away before any bad weather arises damage costs apply.
• NO OFFROAD / NO BEACH DRIVING / NO EXTENDED GRAVEL ROADS.
• NO SMOKING / NO VAPING INSIDE THE VAN
• FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• TOLLS Toll roads and fees are not included. You need to purchase day access if you plan to use these roads.
• Any fines that are incurred on your trip will be up to you to pay :)
• Minimum 7 days hire over Christmas/New Years
• Drivers must be 25+

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Heidi was perfect for our road trip, very easy to drive and fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Jess and Davide were lovely hosts and really easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this van and hire her again :)

  Our little weekend trip away in Heidi exceeded all expectations - I didnt want to give her back. Davide and Jess were extremely helpful and friendly, with amazing communication. Heidi is the perfect van to take if you need to get away for some peace and quiet. She is easy to drive, clean, exactly as pictured/described and comes with everything you will need already thought of and more. Thank you again Davide & Jess so much for the perfect van experience!

The van was impeccable, filled with everything you may need during your trip. Cozy, very well kept, and so easy to drive around. We will surely book Heidi again on our next trip!   We rented a campervan from Davide and couldnt be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. He made sure we understood everything and even gave us great things and tips for the trip. The campervan itself was amazing it had everything we needed and even more! It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with so many little touches that made our journey super comfortable We truly felt at home on the road. It was one of the best rental experiences weve ever had, and were so happy and grateful. Highly, highly recommend you wont regret it!
