Hiring rules

•The van is to be returned In the same condition in which It was delivered. If the van is not returned in this condition a minimum cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged. This includes the emptying of the toilet.
•STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE VAN.
•Min. 5 night booking during NSW school holidays.
•When booking in a van park you must explain that you need a site that is going to fit a 30ft van total length incl draw bar. This is the responsibility of the hirer, no refund for incorrect site booking.
•minimum delivery fee applies
•please note most parks require you to be checked out by 10am. You will need to vacate the van 40 minutes prior to the checkout time to allow us time to pack down the van.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $220.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a fantastic time in Lily the Leader. The van was perfect for our family of 6 for 10 days and had everything you could need for a comfortable home away from home. The bbq and air fryer made cooking for our tribe so quick and easy the cupboards were stocked with all the essentials like salt, pepper, oil, cling wrap etc. which was so handy. The owners Quinta and Erik were lovely to deal with and communication was excellent the whole way through. All in all a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend hiring this van. Thanks again guys!

We will be hiring this one again with an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the fantastic van and the truly wonderful and helpful owners. From the moment we inquired, the customer service was exceptional. The owners went above and beyond, even offering to pick up milk for us if we needed it, a small gesture that spoke volumes about their dedication to making our trip comfortable. The van itself was brilliant, well maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable journey. We cannot recommend how wonderful and helpful the owners are enough. Thank you for making our caravan adventure so memorable!

Our family had an amazing holiday in this van! It is beautiful and well equipped. It made our holidays even more special. Dealing with Erik and Quinta was a pleasure and so easy.
