Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Would recommend not hiring this camper on pick up the trailer plug was rusted out and not working properly and the owner didnt seem to care and let me drive off, so luckily I have a clue and re wired the connection , it listed that it came with everything you would need so you dont have to worry about bringing anything, as in cutlery plates pot pans a basic pantry and even a Aldi coffee machine too, it did not come with anything more that a little bit of cutlery, on my first night before heading off grid what the van states its capable of the fridge was playing up and not cooling down and only getting hotter, I contacted the owner for him to say unfortunately these things happen, I re wired some more connections around the fridge and got it working, two days later completely off grid and no shops for 100kms the fridge decided to completely stop. The canvas was ripped in multiple spots, missing poles. DO NOT HIRE THIS CAMPER

    Plenty of space. Very easy to setup. Radio on board for entertainment. Will definitely recommend hiring. Very easy and quick to put away. Light trailer making it easier to tow. Very friendly.
